BHOPAL: Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that people are my life. I cannot think of living without the welfare of people. My effort is to always reach out to the common man, maintain a connection with them and keep on trying continuously to solve their problems. This is my first priority. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan was performing bhoomi-pujan and inaugurating various construction works in Sitamau and Suwasra of Mandsaur district today.Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that a separate scheme is being prepared to deposit a fixed amount in the accounts of farmers every year. No poor person will be deprived of ration. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that farmers will be paid full amount of crop insurance. Necessary development work will continue uninterrupted. Examinations for recruitment in various services will be organized soon. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that every citizen has to make every effort for protection from Corona. It is our joint responsibility to protect our health as well as others.
Dedicates and performs bhumi-pujan of construction works worth Rs. 369 crore
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan performed bhumi-pujan and dedicated construction works worth Rs. 350 crore in Sitamau area. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan dedicated Khet-Talab, constructed at a cost of Rs. 14 crore and Kakad Talab, constructed at a cost of Rs. 5 crore in Suwasra area. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan gave Rs. 22 crore under various schemes to 5 thousand beneficiaries of Mandsaur district. These include street vendors, self-help groups, Ladli Laxmi, Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme, Aajeevika Mission, Mukhya Mantri Jan Kalyan, Sambal Yojana etc.
Exhibition focusing development works of 15 years
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan saw an exhibition focusing public welfare works done by various departments in the last 15 years. The Chief Minister Shri Chouhan appreciated the pictures, displayed in the exhibition.
